The weather on Sunday, May 25 and Monday, May 26 was very favourable with high temperatures reaching 25C on Sunday.  Winds were light. COMMON NIGHTHAWK and WHIP-POOR-WILL continue to be heard in the evening within MacGregor Point Provincial Park.   VIRGINIA RAIL AND SORA have been located at the Ducks Unlimited wetland at the park as well as nearby on the J/I Line.  One report of a LEAST BITTERN has been received for Ducks Unlimited.  UPLAND SANDPIPER have been sighted in Kincardine Township as well as on the Bruce Peninsula.  BOBOLINK are being seen in good numbers. INDIGO BUNTING have been frequently sighted both within the park and in nearby Bruce County.  EASTERN KINGBIRDS AND CEDAR WAXWINGS are migrating through in good numbers.
