THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (November 1-7) and GFC WEEK 4 ROLL CALL!

Commit to join us for at least one of our club workouts this week... You
have 8 opportunities!

Also, a couple of reminders...

  • VOTE!  Please take a minute (that's all it takes) to vote for our
    2021-22 officers...
    Our club bylaws call for 50% or greater votes for an
    official election and so far voter turnout has been okay, but not great.

  • **VOLUNTEER (or RUN)! ** We're looking to have a large Gator turnout for
    the Thanksgiving morning Spring Valley YMCA "Gobble Wobble 5K" taking place
    on the Pope John II High School cross country course.  At last count we
    have 7 runners and 3 volunteers... Who would like to join us?  If you are
    available to volunteer or run, please indicate your interest on our poll
    under "Announcements".

  • Our interview with October Lady Gator of the month, Cindy Kelecic, will
    be posted in the next couple of days!
  • Last week's "Off Season Training" seminar conducted by our head coaching
    team of Logan Washburn, Brian Kozera, and Dre Barber was recorded and will
    be shared this week!
  • The announcement of the next Gator of the Month is coming later this week!

This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week 4 (October
25-31)
that ended yesterday.  If you completed any of the three
challenges for either week, please post a comment...

  • "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of
    each) AND/OR...
  • "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
    minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
  • **"Plank" **if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that started
    in week 1 at 15 seconds then has increased 15 seconds each week with last
    week's plank being 1 minute.
  • "All 3" if you were a week 4 superstar and completed all 3 challenges!

We also welcome more creative responses!

the week's club activities that include an array of workout options and a
sponsor event!
