Earlier this season, we installed a RadioLabs WaveRV marine wifi
antenna/amplifier. Long story, but we lost the software CD and RadioLabs
tech support was quite helpful in helping us download the files to renew
it. But after groveling in the dust of low signal to no signal at our
marina, we now have a solid and relatively fast wifi connection. We now
get not only our Pikes Bay Marina wifi loud and clear, but also the
neighboring marina and several other sites on shore. Pretty simple
system. The amplifier is in the base of the antenna and feeds to computer
via a USB connection (which in turns powers the amplifier).

I would not recommend the Radio Labs antenna. I had one and it did
not do any better than my laptops internal wifi card.
See the discussion on Panbo of their quality control (or lack of same):
The Engenius bridge or small EUB-363 EXT usb units represent much
better choices.
I have the later, and it is a very fine piece of gear for not very much money.
Best,
Steve
