THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 3-9), FINAL FALL FALL GFC ROLL CALL, and
START OF WINTER GFC!

Happy New Year!  It's already looking like it's going to be an amazing year
as we are already up to 125 event entries on our "Who's In?" 2022 athlete
event calendar... If you have not yet provided your input, look for the
Who's In? post under "Featured" and add a comment with your currently
planned events and we'll add them to the calendar.

Also, this past weekend brought us to the end of the fall Gator Fitness
Challenge.  And we aren't wasting any time... The 13 week winter GFC begins
TODAY!  Are you in?  If you would like to join and have not already let us
know, please post a comment and we'll add you to the roster.  This time
around the weekly challenges are...

• SBR Challenge... 40 or more minutes EACH of swim, cycle/spin, and run.

• SCF Challenge... 45 or more minutes COMBINED TOTAL of strength, core,
and/or flexibility work... This includes yoga and stretching.

A few reminders/notes before we get into the GFC roll call and what's going
on this week...

• Member Survey: We'd like to get your input... If you have not already
done so, please take a few minutes to provide your input... The survey will
be closing soon, so maybe right now is a good time 🙂.  Here's the link...

• 2022 Gators Registration: Registration for the club for 2022 remains
open... See the post under "Featured" for details and a link.

• Hat and Visor Pickup: First come, first serve, if you have not already
received your new Gators hat or visor, please catch up with Don Mack.  A
great option to get one this week is at the Thursday night swim workout
that Don will be coaching.

GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
13 (December 27-January 2), which is the final week of the fall GFC... If
you completed any of the three challenges, please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that started in
week 1 at 15 seconds and culminated with last week's monster 5 minute plank.

• "All 3" if you were a week 13 superstar and completed all 3 challenges!

Weekly Workouts: Our full schedule is in effect this week to give you
plenty of options to get 2022 off and running (and swimming and cycling)!

Spin/Strength workout coached by Brian Kozera

• Wednesday 1/5, 6pm: Run workout coached by Karen Dunn... Watch for an
"Event" coming soon!

• Wednesday 1/5, 7:30pm-8:30pm: Zwift cycling meetup... Watch for a
separate event post!

• Thursday 1/6, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (lanes
