These were on the list a month ago. I purchased them from a list member. Unfortunately they will only handle a 9" fender. All mine are 10". Two pair, each designed to hold 2 fenders, each can be up to 9" diameter. These are 100% stainless, built out of ¼" stainless rod bent to encircle the fenders and hold them securely. All mounting hardware included that will swivel in all directions to clamp to pulpit stainless tubing at variableangles so as to fit all configurations. They look like the Polyform True-Fit in Defender P/N 817. The catalogue says they are sold separately, but these are built as one unit to hold 2 fenders each. No nicks, bends, or rust.
