I have a pair of Motorola T6510 handy talkies:

Two Way Radio with 10 Mile Range

B7  22 Channels

B7  99 Interference Eliminator Codes

B7  10 Unique Call Tones

B7  QT Noise Filter

B7  Enhanced Voice Activation

B7  NOAA Weather Radio with Alert Mode

Used twice,
Charger,

Hands free throat mikes with ear piece. The mike is held against the throat by
a plastic band, much like headphone band, from behind the neck. Since it picks
up the voice directly from the throat, there is no wind noise.

The Admiral and I bought them to make communication on the boat easier. They
work extremely well, except for the fact that you have to put the ear bud in
your ear. I wear hearing aids in both ears. Makes it a bit difficult (I will
eventually drop my hearing aid overboard when I remove it to insert the ear
piece), so I have decided to get the over the ear type.

The HTs retail for $89, on line for about $69, while the throat mikes cost $73
for the pair directly from Motorola (Firefox brand). Everything for $69 (the
$9 is for shipping in US). Contact me directly via email.
