Dear Prof. Hargett, I'm not positive this is what you're looking for, but 《紀念范仲淹一千年誕辰國際學術研討會論文集》, in two volumes, published in 1990 by 國立臺灣大學文學院), should be held by Princeton, Columbia, Yale, Chicago, among other libraries. Does that get you any closer?
