I clean my Mainship everytime I go out and hose her down on the return. I have "detailed" her a number of times with metal polish and collins wax. I change my own zincs in the engine room but not the hull. But kindof like when someone makes lunch for you, it always tastes better when someone else make the sandwich. So once a year I have a guy whom I have worked with over the last 25 years and 5 boats and have him do the detail job. It always looks so much better to me than when I do it. I thank him.
