I have updated the Board email list to include our three new members. David, Tom, and Blaire, I’ll follow up with you to be sure this message has reached you. Jeff and Marty, you’re still on the list for advisory purposes.

I’d like to get our meeting schedule set up for the next few months, so I need input on what will work best for all of you. We meet via conference call every other month for about 2 hours. Last year our regular meeting time was the second Wednesday of the month, 10 AM to noon. Will that work? Is there a day/time that is preferable?

If we stay with the second Wednesday plan, Board conference calls would take place as follows:
October 12
December 13
February 8
April 12

Board officers’ calls would take place in the alternate months:
November 15
January 10
March 15

We’d then have a full Board meeting right before the NCL Members’ Meeting in May.
