Registration is open for the Linocut Printmaking Workshop with Tacoma-based printmaker Yoshi Nakagawa at the Tacoma Armory, Suite 15, on March 29th, 10am-5pm. Participants learn relief printmaking with 4”x6” linoleum blocks. We will transfer the one-color image on the block, carve, and handprint proofs and at least two washi (mulberry paper) prints with oil-based ink. We can add color with water-based pigments. This is a technique you can do at home once you have the materials and even print on textiles and fabric. Hosted by ACE Accelerating Creative Enterprise with Tacoma Arts Live, for more info and register at: https://bit.ly/LinocutYN
