My Calculation of Trawler-Cost:

1%    Slip
1%    Insurance
1%    Mantainance
2%    Loss of value (only if you buy a good "reseller")
5%    Income, you don't get (If you use your money; if you use your bank

it's more expensive)
-> 10 % from list-price every year.
