For the further record, make that two PBGR, seen together in the upper L.W. bay bounded by the peninsula, Mather, and Waite, about 3 PM. Also, 4+ Gadwall behind the peninsula, and a Kingfisher by Whitney Ave. A bunch of Juncos around, too.
