Mike,
On your trip home you will pass thru Morgan City ,La. (next to my home,
Patterson)at the intersection of the ICW mile 95 and the Atchaflaya
River where there is FREE DOCKAGE at the City dock with free electricty
, water and garbage dump.
With those big engines you need a break .
CCC
Patterson,La.
Mine is available for an overnighter almost any time.
Who else knows of docks available at little or no charge??????????

The free dock I remember best is a town dock on the Chesapeake Bay end
of the C&D canal - right across from Shaeffer's Dock & Restaurant. It's
listed in the crusing guides, as well as some other pubs. If the dock
is full, it's also a good anchorage. No water or electric, however.
