Join the Coach Logan and the Gators for a weight training demo class on
Tuesday, January 7th at 7:45pm. This will help you develop a strength
training routine for this off-season to be stronger and faster for your
races!
We will lift for 30 minutes and then cycle for 30 minutes since this is
during our regularly scheduled spin class.
