Use subject lines that say something

Please do NOT attempt to post messages with the subject line Re: Power-Catamaran Digest, Vol 89, Issue 3.

The list server is set to automatically reject such messages because such generic subject lines make searching, sorting and filing of emails impossible.

Before posting, please change the subject line to something specific to your message. Like

Fountaine Pajot power cats
Maryland 37 observations
Highland 35 comments
Cruising the Great Loop
Crossing the Atlantic

or whatever is appropriate to the message your are posting.

I should have noted that the digest subject line is a problem only for digest subscribers. Regular subscribers are fine as is.
