When you consider the prices for competing equipment, the Micro-Air unit, which seems to do exactly the same thing, is very attractively priced. AND you can get a circuit board-only model from them way down in pricing. I just did this for my two ACs, and being somewhat of a babe in the woods with schematics ad such, I had numerous questions, despite their excellent website with its excellent installation manual and diagrams for many different AC units. I emailed photos and diagrams at all times of the day, and never waited more than an hour or two for an answer, including Sunday while they were at an Air Stream rally.
