PAINTED BUNTING seen again at Point Pelee - May 10, 2002

The PAINTED BUNTING was reported again this morning (7:30 a.m.) from
Sleepy Hollow. It was seen sitting up for about 5 minutes immediately
behind the washrooms. This is where it was initially discovered.

The PAINTED BUNTING was not seen yesterday after the initial 7:30 - 8:30
a.m. observations. However, a brief afternoon sighting (around 4:00 p.m.)
did sound convincing.

Good luck,

Karl Konze
Staff, Friends of Point Pelee
