I was recently contacted by the sister of our “friendly“ neighbor outside the side gate. She owns the property where he’s living, and she is currently trying to evict him. He has lawyered up, apparently, and fighting her over it. She asked me to pass it along that she would appreciate us reporting any of his shenanigans to the Sheriffs Dept. Personally, I haven’t seen him in months, but I did notice the blue pickup parked nearly in the middle of the street a few days ago. Anyway, that’s all I know, and told her I’d inform the hood….

Interesting… I’ve seen him at the house across the street from his property, out in their yard, and walking along that road.
