Hi

Wondering what folks think about this.  I'm tempted to leave the swim
platform (as well as all step treads) natural for better traction/safety.

Thanks in advance,

I'd leave it natural, unless it's too ugly to look at.  I put Cetol on
cabin & transom steps for a beautiful appearance, and wound up having to
put a rubber-type tread on them to keep from breaking my neck in the
wet. For the same reason, I would leave the swim platform natural as
well.
PS:  Great secret for cleaning teak decks, etc:  Pick up "Sudzy Ammonia"
at any large grocery chain.  Dilute w water & scrub easy.  Was given
this tip by a VP of StarBright, and, boy did he do me a favor!!  Cheap,
and easy on your teak.
