This boat is a comfortable cruising boat with all the comforts of home and
conveniences to make living aboard and maintaining her a snap! The exterior is
all gelcoat and stainless, while the interior is teak and ultraleather. The
single stateroom has a queen-sized walk-around berth, cedar-lined hanging
locker, and plenty of drawers and lockers for storage. The head has teak and
holly sole, a fresh water Vacuflush toilet, and a large shower stall with a
glass door. The raised pilothouse is comfortable, with a large chart table,
and offers 360 degree visibility. Piloting is easy and safe with the 370hp
Cummins and the bow thrusters. The salon has a convertible settee that becomes
another berth for guests, and an adjustable table. The galley has more counter
space than most houses, and includes a double sink, refrigerator/freezer,
three-burner electric stove, oven, and microwave, along with lots of storage.
We have lived aboard for three years, and have lacked for nothing! Two
reverse-cycle marine air conditioners/heaters keep you comfortable no matter
the weather. For the mechanic, she has a Reverso oil changing system which
makes maintenance easy. Brand new 6KW Northern Lights generator means that you
can anchor out with no sacrifices. Two house and one start 4D AGM batteries
provide all the DC power you need. All Raymarine electronics, including
chartplotter, radar, tri-data, and autohelm. She carries 400 gallons of fuel,
150 gallons of water, and 45 gallons of waste, so you are set for the long
haul.  She has an XM weather satellite receiver so there are never any
surprises. This boat is loaded with redundant systems (two VHF Icom radios,
two GPS units and two chartplotters) for added safety and convenience. She is
a fantastic cruising boat and has been lovingly and impeccably maintained on a
daily basis.  For interior layout photos, see the American Tug website:
www.americantug.com. I do not have the right kind of camera to get the photos,
and the layouts are the same, although our boat has blue carpet and white
ultraleather. We are currently on the Erie Canal, and will be making our way
south on the ICW this summer and fall.

For more information, contact lesnroy@mvmersea.com, and we will send you
specifics! And you can check out our website at www.mvmersea.com.
