Frank
WE live aboard and are also doing the loop.
I have had a MarineSat dish for several years and thoroughly enjoy it.
I had it fixed to a rail when I was "permanent" in Houston. Never had a
problem with lost signal due to wave action.
Now have the azmuth controller mounted on a rail on upper hard top.
When we arrive at a new marina I just activate the remote and it locks
on. Also very good at anchor. Occasionally, I need to adjust the
elevation at setup but that is easy.
