Hi all,

in bug 1535116 we improved the profile downgrade dialogue and included a
link to

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/unable-launch-older-version-on-profile

Sadly this article has never been written :-( - Volunteers?

Jörg.

P.S.: Who is in charge of coordinating these things? Does it come back
to the poor sheriff landing the patch (me)?

I can try and create an article on that URL, but as the software creates
URL's based on document names  we will see if I can do it.  Along with
your 8bitMIME document I will have a look over the weekend (thurday
now).  Until then 12 hour work days preclude much time for email or the
project.

10 minutes for a 2 line email,1600mb memory. Perhaps I should use my
phone until the performance bugs get fixed.

Matt

I have created some draft documentation here
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/unable-launch-older-version-profile
anyone got some time to polish it and flesh out the Thunderbird stuff more?
