Hi Everyone, I've launched a fundraiser for my latest film project! I've been developing it over the last several months with lots of help from friends and colleagues. It's tentatively called* Echo of the Jade Lion,* it's set here in Tacoma and touches on some of its history to form the plot. Here's the logline: * "A musician inherits a mysterious artifact that triggers a series of surreal and haunting events forcing her to question what's real and choose her path into the future." * I'm hoping to raise $5000 with small donations (or large 😀 ) and plan to start filming in mid June. My goal is to complete it before next year's festival cycle. This project is steeped in Tacoma lore and will be an exciting film noir inspired, glamorous thriller. Planned runtime is 40 minutes.
