I don't recall this issue being addressed here before, so I apologize if I'm missing that.

I would not expect the Public Infrastructure Districts that are authorized by this constitutional amendment to be used in smaller municipalities, so I haven't done much research on this. But I was surprised to see a number of negative comments on social media about it.
I really don't see a downside to the amendment as it's written. I understand the implementation is critical, and that will have to be done carefully by the legislature.
I'm curious as to the thoughts of those who have given it more consideration, though.
