Vance Romane’s 10 TIPS TO HELP YOU TO CONTROL WEIGHT:

• Begin your day with exercise safe for your physical condition, before
breakfast and burn up the most calories with the least effort.

• Eat a variety of different types of healthy foods for a complete
assortment of vitamins and minerals, nutrition, to reduce cravings. This
satisfies your brain and body.

• Regularly review a card with your personal reasons and benefits to
motivate you to be trim, slim. This is your engine to break out of
procrastination and keep you on track. Read it with intention before sleep.

• Drink a minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water daily, unless you have a
medical problem preventing this as part of your program. Drink water first,
hunger is often really thirst. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere.

• Learn what foods are high, medium, and low calorie. Focus on the lower
end.

• Be careful how you cook foods, avoiding grease, and high calorie oils.

• Alcohol has no nutritive value, but high calorie content. It is
especially important to drastically reduce your intake of the various
sugars. Also, sugar is a proven “gasoline” for cancer.

• Omit adding sugar, candy, salt, butter, syrup, jam, sour cream, gravy,
salad dressings, chocolate bars, potato chips, French fries, chicken skins,
soft drinks. Use healthy substitutes. Avoid highly processed foods. If you
taste a little of these high calorie items, know what the rest tastes like
and stop right there.

• Leave some food on the plate and lose weight. Occasional miseating is OK.

• Chew your food slowly, eating like a gourmet. With hypnosis you can eat
tasty, nutritious food, and feel completely satisfied with less food and
less calories. Eat to live. Do not live to eat. Develop other interests -
