Cruising Fleet Racers, While Labor Day may mark the "official" end of summer it is only the beginning of the Hudson River YRA Fall Series. This upcoming weekend, September 7th and 8th Shattemuc Yacht Club will host the first regatta. This is a great excuse for a mini-cruise and regatta. The trip to Shattemuc is an easy one, In fact it takes about the same amount of time to get there by boat as it does to drive. I would really like to see a good showing of Nyack Racers at the fall regattas. If we can put fifteen boats on the line on a Wednesday, we should be able to get a good number out for the "local" regattas at Shattemuc and Minesceongo. Thanks, Eric
