I just had a brief visit from a DICKCISSEL at my feeders here in Madison. She hung around for about 5 minutes but has not been seen for the last 20 minutes. I've been meaning to post that we have had all the White-thoated Sparrows that those further north are missing. Typically we have 10 or more but have counted 20+ or even 30+ birds several times this winter. At least a dozen are having their battles under the feeders right now. Chuck Imbergamo Madison
