I checked out the Hyatt 50' website at <A HREF="www.usacitylink.com/hyatt"> www.usacitylink.com/hyatt</A>. It does appear to be the same as the Fantail 50 that was for sale in Everett, WA a few months ago. (Don't know if it still is.) You're right Patrick, it does have very nice teak work and a pleasing layout. The owner of the Fantail 50 that I saw said he'd had it brought up from the Sacramento Delta area. This surprised me just looking at the boat. It appears to have very little freeboard, only 3'10" draft and a fairly short LWL with the fantail design. The Hyatt 50 website says that "The Voyager 50 is a true displacement hull..." I'm no marine architect, but it doesn't look like it has a displacement hull to me. What do you think, Patrick?
