fantastic boats and I believe their tenders tick all the boxes.

Swift boats look OK, but no better than half a dozen other
manufacturers.
The key is that no dink is going to meet all the requirements listed
in this thread -- not unless its made of unobtainium and has an anti-
gravity generator on board. <wink>
In the end, it comes down to 1) heavy/big/strong dink to handle loads
and be stable/safe in 3' seas
or
2) small/light/fragile to be beachable.
Everyone I've met who has solved both problems has done it by carrying
two dinks, not one.
