If you are working on a bug/patch for Thunderbird 60 that requires strings, or a bug requiring strings blocks your bug, you've got 10 days to land the strings. Please take into consideration required tests, review time, etc so you get the patches landed BEFORE 2018-03-12 - the merge date.
