Does anyone out there have any experience with this product?

Yes it does work. My friend refinished his older boat with a dark blue
hull using that type of product.
WOW!! Looked like he had resprayed the hull.
I decided to use it on a Winnebago motorhome which had been neglected for
at least ten years by previous owner.
The initial cleaning with a mild abrasive ensures that no foreign
material remains to spoil the finish. I only got three coats onto the
fibreglass before the bottle ran out. On my last trip back east I bought
a whole quart to do the whole shell over again with more coats.
The results were spectacular. The faded dull fibreglass now looks at
least five years newer and the faded vinyl striping also got back some
lustre. The ABS fender skirts also gained a nice shine to it.
After a whole winter here in the PNW rain forest where everything goes
green with moss after a month, my motorhome still looks almost as good as
it was last summer when I first applied the coating.

While at the boat yard today, I watched a guy applying a liquid to his boat's
hullsides. He applied it with a sponge-like applicator. The resulting finish
just by wiping the liquid on was very shiny. He indicated that 4-5
applications would leave the boat very shiny for a year. No rubbing or
buffing was needed. As he was finishing the forward starboard area, I
examined the area aft that had already finished drying. The result was quite
impressive. The name on the bottle was POLI-GLOW from a company in Miami.
Does anyone out there have any experience with this product? It would almost
seem too easy to be true.

I think it's similar to a product some people up here have used under
the name "Nu-Glass". It goes on, feels and smells like liquid
floorwax we use in the kitchen. (Wonder if it isn't the same). After
5 to 6 coats, boats look really good and shine lasts for one season -
then it begins to look flaky (at least here on Lake Ontario-possibly
affected by Canadian freezing cold weather). For now, I'll stay with
Turtle Wax. George G.
