WHO'S IN 2021 ATHLETE EVENT CALENDAR... UPDATED! WHO'S NEXT? Attached is our updated "Who's In?" 2021 athlete event calendar. We have now surpassed 200 event entries... So let's start working on 300! Here's where we really need your input (but please let us know about any event updates including additions, canceled/postponed, and event type changes)... • Gatorthon (Sunday 4/11): Gatorthon VII takes place just 16 days from the date of this post! At the moment, we only have 16 athletes on our list... Last year we had 70+... Who's going to help us improve the number? The event is much more flexible than usual this year... Since we cannot host it indoors at the SVY's Wellness Center, you can do it anywhere at any time on this date... And you can complete your team's marathon in parallel or in sequence... So if you have a team of 4 (for example) and each runner is taking on 6.55 miles, you could run that together and that would complete your team's marathon. You can run any distance on any size team... We just need the team total to be 26.2 miles. Over the next couple of weeks I will assist individuals as needed to create teams. So what we mostly need right now is simply to know who is in... If your name is missing from the following list and you'd like to participate, please post a comment or contact me... Our current participant list includes Jill Basile, Holly Beauchamp (running with Jen Ruiz), Kristie Bruno, Karen Dieciedue, Keith Ho, Sheri Kuss, Don Mack, Paige Miller, Doug Raab, Hailey Raab, Jennifer Raab, Lynn Seuberling, Gina Stango, Jeffrey Stango, Logan Washburn, and Joyce Williams. • Tri for the Y Indoor Triathlon (Sunday 5/1): We are now confirmed and this event will happen... As we've been pinning down the date, this is the first time we are asking "Who's in?"... More details coming soon! • April Club Sponsor Events: There are 2 club sponsor events taking place in April... DelMo Sports "Mudhen Race Series" (Friday 4/16-Saturday 4/17) and Steelman Racing's "Rock the Nock" (Saturday 4/24)... Please review the start lists and if you are participating and your name is not included, please let us know! • Rescheduled Club Sponsor Events: With the change in dates for DelMo Sports "Escape the Cape" (now Sunday 8/29) and "Tri the Wildwoods" (now Saturday 7/24), have your plans changed?
