Mealworm source, also wren

Can anyone tell me a good source for mealworms? I haven't fed them in the
past, but it may be a good idea this year. I was concerned about "my"
Carolina wren, who has been frequenting my feeders for quite a while. It
was gone for several days and I feared the worst, especially with the
Cooper's hawk being very aggressive lately. It was back today, sans tail!
There must be a story in that, but I will never know.
