Hi all, OCLC has said that they are working on the problem, but they don't have a time-line as to when it could be fixed, but they may have an update later on this afternoon. I still think returning items or asking for renewals are still o.k., but probably not a good idea to submit ILL requests, since I still have no way to process them.
