As we move from the madness of March to April "Full's" Day, we can look
forward to many days ahead full of daylight, warmer temperatures, and
Gators getting back outside! We're going to give it a shot this week
offering OUTDOOR RIDES on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings between
6:00pm-7:30pm but weather could factor into both nights, so stay tuned for
updates!
For Tuesday night, we are going to prepare two options and which way we
proceed will depend on YOUR VOTES in the poll below. If the weather is okay
and we have at least 3 votes for it, we'll proceed with the outside
intervals ride. If the weather is poor and we have at least 3 votes we'll
move forward with an indoor spin workout. If you are in either way, please
check both boxes.
This year we are again planning to staff each Thursday night ride with 2
coaches (to accommodate multiple pace groups) and you can expect that we'll
also insert some additional coaching guidance into the rides than you may
be used to from past years. And for Tuesday nights we'll also have a coach
there to guide and motivate you.
Also, starting this Thursday night and every night we have a Thursday night
ride, the ride will be followed by a Gators social starting approximately
15 minutes after the ride end time. The default location will be Lock 29 in
Phoenixville, but we will occasionally move to other locations that will be
communicated to you in advance. Whether you ride with us or not, please
make it a priority to occasionally stop by to participate in these
socials... It's the best way to get to know your fellow athletes.

- New monthly challenge for April... Join the "Triple Play Challenge"! For
our final monthly challenge until October it's time for some spring
training, it's time to play ball! Join and you'll be part of Team Chomp or
Team Gator Done competing to see who can earn the most "runs" during the
month of April by completing swim/bike/run workouts, competing in events.
Every 15 minutes you workout will earn a base, so if you complete a one
hour workout you will earn a homerun! For more details, check out the full

- Tri for the Y Indoor Triathlon is Open for Registration and Volunteers
will also be needed! We hope to see many of you competing and/or
volunteering at this annual event that is fast approaching just two
weekends from now on Sunday, April 13. It's a great way to get ready for
the upcoming tri season and some of the proceeds will be going back to the
