Good morning,

For our regularly scheduled call today, I realize several people can’t make it, so I’d like to keep today’s meeting short and sweet. We have three items we need to discuss/decide, none of which require a vote, so I propose we spend the time on these issues and defer all our regular reports for today.

1. AEFL Week
   -Need to work with House on resolution
   -Other plans?

2. Annual Meeting

• need to schedule

3. Board election process

4. Anything else pressing

Good morning, Jeff and all,

Under the headings of "AEFL Week" and "anything else pressing," I wonder whether we need to follow up on the suggestion made at the June meeting about using remaining DG funding for some activity connected with AEFL Week. Seems like we'd need to figure out what that would be sooner than late August (date of next meeting). I'm not at all sure what the "some activity" would be, though.

Any thoughts from others?
