Hello Listmates, I represent a township that has three full time paid firefighters that are primary responders during the day, supplemented by the local volunteer fire company during other hours. The desire is to keep the township firefighters separate for things like inspections, public outreach, training etc, but to integrate them into the volunteer company for firefighting. I am wondering if anyone has ever entered into an agreement addressing this scenario. Obviously, the Emmaus decision creates some specific concerns. Thank you in advance.
