Three years ago I applied the UltraTuff product mentioned in Thomas Barnes
post.  At first I was not all that happy with the product but today I am a
bit more upbeat.

First of all the product was cheaper by far than Durabek and had a far
greater variety of colors.  The product was easy to apply and get it to look
nice.  It takes a long time to cure enough to really use it so be patient.

The color that I chose was a light cream color. To date I have seen no
fading to speak of and the product is very skid resistant.

Early on I had a difficult time keeping it clean and mildew free.  I used
weak bleach to remove mildew.  As of late the Ultratuff seems to be staying
a bit cleaner.  Since the product is urethane I am probably going to go over
it with a urethane top coat.  I suspect it will stay cleaner.
