Free NOAA Charts through MapTech

Back in November (during the Free NOAA Map frenzy), I downloaded charts by
Region from the MapTech site (www.freeboatingcharts.com).  At that time, I
recall each of the Regions having 'subregions', where each had to be d/l-ed
separately.  For example, Region 2:  Block Island to the Canadian Border had 4
subunits (2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4).  The total number of charts I d/l-ed was 339
with a size of 625 MB.

I had need to d/l those files again.  When I went back, I didn't see the
subdivisions for Region 2 and when I d/l-ed the charts I received 223 of them
with a size of 363 MB.

Have I missed something over the past 5 months?

Thanks
