Thanks to the many of you who responded so quickly. Got some good recommendations with a large percentage suggesting the same place (Dog River in Mobile). There were a few other interesting responses for the Florida panhandle and I'll be following up with them as well.

I lost count of the number of things Dog River phenomenally screwed up
on my boat. They completely botched the Naiad installation, which I
think was a system you were inquiring about. I would not let them near
my boat unless it was a dire emergency, or I could watch over them like
a hawk. JMO and FWIW -- I know others have had different experience.
