Can anyone provide me a website where to report (yellow) neck-collared Canada Geese? Thanks.

CT Birders,
Yesterday I went out to Simsbury first thing in the morning to help the hosts with supplies and feeder suggestions to help the calliope survive this extreme weather.
In all the times I have been out to see or band winter hummingbirds I had never seen one, IMO, as desperate as this bird was. While doing a feeder relocation and change the bird would literally chase me around the deck and anyone else who was standing there clearly aware that us humans were responsible for it's only food supply. I could of reached out and caught the bird at anytime with my bare hands, no trap needed and I should of.
The bird was seen up until PM yesterday and not again. I had hoped that the bird would rally with my suggestions but it was obviously too late. I believe the bird went into torpor and did not have what it took to come back out this morning. I would love to think it moved on but IME with these winter hums they usually move after feeding heavily in the mornings.
I truly wished I had taken that beautiful young bird into rehab yesterday or gotten involved much sooner so the bird would of had a better situation to survive the winter blast. That bird truly needed assistance and I will be forever regretful I did not provide it when I was/am capable of it.
I know there are many views on the survival of these winter hummingbirds and what/should happen and I would not take in wildlife that does not require assistance. But obviously I am a firm believer in helping wildlife when it warrants it, as the several hundred birds I take in each year would all be dead birds if not for my intervention, And I know with certainty that some have indeed gone on to survive and reproduce as I witness it right here on our property.

Also, Min Huang at the DEP (min.huang@po.state.ct.us), who collars the birds, takes a survey of them sometime in the summer. The next time he is looking for data I will post it on CTbirds.

Frank, et al.
Canada Geese with yellow neck collars can be reported directly to Min Huang (min.huang@po.state.ct.us) as Maria indicates below, or to the Wildlife Conservation Research Center (john.barclay@uconn.edu) if you want a backup. Min was banding and
collaring resident Canadas for several years as part of his doctoral research with me here at the Center. That work is progressing well and most of the field work has been completed.
