Activities last week:
Fixed bustage, no uplifts, no release activities, looked for and fixed regressions, 18 reviews, misc. bug fixes, sheriffing. List below. Notable:

1. Addressed technical debt by removing all use of nsIAtom from comm-central
2. Contributed to fixing SQLite bug causing Gloda test failure (contact with Richard Hipp, inventor of SQLite).
3. Builds are green again facilitating indexing of comm-central on Searchfox. DXR also working.

Obstacles and impediments:
Slow reviews as noted below, six and three weeks delay so far.

General remarks:
C-C tree status: Deteriorating (details below), currently no build/release support, no manpower to investigate various intermittent test failures.
Current known threats from M-C: Dev tools become system add-on.
