Does anyone have an opinion about
the Robertson screws? I would like to hear about the pros and cons
I am Canadian; all Canadian
manufatured goods (washers, driers, stoves etc) have been using
Robertson's screws for over 30 years. There simply are no better
fasteners, provided one uses good quality material and good quality
drivers. Go with it - you'll like it.
George of Scaramouche on Lake Ontario - living on a 22 year old
Canadian made Hullmaster 27 (designed by Ted Brewer) and you won't
find a single Phillips on board.
I had a 1969 Hatteras that was 100% Robertson and as far as I know all
Hatteras Yachts still use Robertsons.
