GATORS WEEKLY WORKOUT CALENDAR (APRIL-JUNE)!

Attached is our weekly workout calendar for the months April, May, and
June!  We highly recommend that you print a copy and proudly affix it to
your refrigerator (and come to the workouts)!

Following is a list of changes from the January to March calendar (and
there are quite a few as we transition back outdoors... and we're actually
getting a bit of a head start by beginning on Tuesday, March 30)...

Headlines:

• Mondays: Evening swim coaching update

• Tuesdays: Outdoor cycling intervals replace Zwift meetup; also morning
swim stays the same

• Wednesdays: Run workout replaces spin workout

• Thursdays: Outdoor out and back rides replace run workout; also morning
swim moves from Friday to Thursday

• Fridays: No workouts

• Saturdays: Various uncoached outdoor workouts replace Zwift cycling
meeting.

• Sundays: No change... Late morning uncoached swim

The Details:

• Mondays: We welcome Dre Barber back to our coaching staff!  Dre and Logan
Washburn will share primary coaching responsibilities for the Monday
evening swim with occasional appearances by Brian Kozera (welcome back to
Brian, too!) and Don Mack

• Tuesdays: We will transition from Zwift meetups to outdoor interval rides
with an optional "on your own" brick run afterwards beginning, weather
permitting, on Tuesday, March 30.  The ride start time will be 6pm on March
30 and through April and then we'll move to a 6:30pm start time for May and
June.  Rides will generally last for 60-90 minutes.  Logan, Jeffrey Stango,
and Don Mack will serve as the primary coaches for these rides.

• Wednesdays: We will discontinue our spin workouts after the March 24
workout.  Also, our coached run workouts will move from Thursday evenings
to Wednesday evenings starting on Wednesday, March 31.  The start time will
remain at 6pm.  Karen Dunn will be the primary coach and will post weekly
FB events with details about location and type of workout.

• Thursdays: In place of the relocated run workout we'll offer a coached
cycling ride that will generally be an out and back ride on the SRT
starting from Reynold's Dog Park.  Occasionally the coach leading the ride
may switch things up depending on the riding group.  Jeffrey Stango and Don
Mack will serve as the primary coaches.  Also, by popular demand, our
Friday morning swim workout is being moved to Thursdays starting on April
1... The workout will continue to be led by Don Schlichtmann and will take
place at the same time... 10:15am-11:15am.

• Fridays: We will not be offering a club workout on Fridays.

• Saturdays: Saturday workouts will include a mish mash of options.
Sometimes there will be an uncoached club workout offered (e.g. Blue Marsh
swims/bike rides) and sometimes the week will be open to a member-led ride
that anyone can put together (following the lead set by Jill, Deb, and
Patty last summer/fall).

• Sundays: No changes... Uncoached group indoor swim at 11:15am-12:15pm.
We are looking into the option to have an outdoor weekend morning lap swim
over the summer, but at this time that is not confirmed... If anything
changes we will communicate it to you.
