Just before noon, the subject birds remained in the area. The goldeneye and a hen Greater Scaup were near the boat launch. Up the river, and in Windsor Locks waters, several other scaup were mixed in with a flock of Canada Geese in a tight cluster out of the wind near the edge of the river. This small flock contained drakes of both scaup species. Diving ducks are not easy to find at all in Windsor Locks!
