Hi all, OCLC is trying to tell me that the reason I have not received any requests is because you all are not submitting them, which, of course, is not true. Yesterday I was able to complete returned requests for USL, so for today you can go ahead and return items that need to go back to lenders, but let's hold off on ILL submission, at least until I can get some results from OCLC.
