THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (APRIL 24-30)!
Another amazing weekend has passed and it's time to finish April with a
flurry. We are offering our usual array of workouts in a week that
concludes with close to a dozen Gators running in the Broad Street Run!
Coming in May...
• Later evening ride start time: Also, a reminder that this is the final
week of 6pm starts for our Tuesday and Thursday night rides... Starting on
Tuesday 5/2 and Thursday 5/4, the rides will begin at 6:30pm through at
least the end of July.
• Pre-ride run workouts on Tuesdays: We're going to try something new... A
40 minute run workout at the dog park on Tuesday nights between
5:40pm-6:20pm. You can participate in just the run workout, just the
cycling workout... Or both! This will begin on Tuesday 5/2.
• Gators Surf & Turf Club: Will run from May 1 through June 30. You can

"uncoached" and we are not offering a coached ride next weekend (but we're
always open to ANY Gator organizing their own group ride and promoting it
