Dear Professor Fuller,
thank you for this invitation to talk about myself.
I am a PhD candidate at Erlangen University with an MA in computational linguistics and sinology. My research deals with diagrammatic reasoning in early Song adaptations of classical cosmological sources (taking up some ideas from the philosophy of mathematics as well as media studies). I am also working on traditional Chinese punctuation from a linguists perspective. A third area of interest are the development of new ways to visualize results from automated text mining and topic modeling (especially for interdisciplinary audiences). I am looking forward to learning from this group.
If there is anything else required, please let me know.
Greetings from Erlangen,
Holger Schneider
