THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (March 8-14) and WINTER GFC WEEK 9 ROLL CALL!

Headlines...

• 5KO is this Saturday, don't miss it!

• Comp Entry Tuesday is coming tomorrow... Another chance to win!

• Infinit Nutrition once a year VIP sale is coming next week on St. Patty's
Day!

• Daylight Savings Time starts this coming weekend... That means outdoor
club rides are fast approaching!

Week 9 of the winter Gator Fitness Challenge has ended leaving us with just
4 short weeks until the end of GFCs until the fall! We have a total of 41
athletes (37 Gators and 4 Jr. Gators/Gator Tots) who have logged 575
completed challenges through week 8, an average of 70+ per week! Now it's
time to see how we did in week 9! And it's never too late to join in, so if
you'd like to participate, just post a comment and you are in!

Each Monday we post this "Roll Call" where you can comment back about your
results for the week, in this case Week 9 that ran from Monday 3/1 through
Sunday 3/7... Your reply can be as simple as "SBR" if you completed the
Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each with caveat that you can
substitute additional run or cycling due to the currented limited swim
options, so 60 minutes each of bike and run would earn you the SBR credit)
or "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) or "Both" if you completed both.

Also, this serves as your "This Week in Tri Club" post with a rundown of
the week's club activities, which includes a full 7 days of activities!

Just a reminder to please observe social distancing before, during, and
after any group workouts in which you participate and always have a mask
with you as those are the best way to ensure that we can continue to offer
club cycling, running, and swim workouts.

Kristen Oswald's birthday!  The starting line is at Kristen's bench and
tree location at the Reynold's Dog Park and the turnaround will be marked.

Note that this is the first day of daylight savings time, so check your
