CALYPSO will hopefully depart Southport, near Panama City, FL, in the
last week or so of September for a run up the ditch.  We have 5-7 weeks
free time and will go as far as is comfortable for us.  We will fly our
TWL burgee.  Cell phones for anybody wanting to get in touch are
850-819-2885/2874.  We look forward to meeting some of you and possibly
cruising along with you.

Thanks to the generous nature of Charles Culotta we have transcribed
notes from his charts to ours, and we have his last trip report too.

If anybody would like it, I have taken all the marina, lock, and dam
information for the Mobile to Tennessee River portion I could glean from
the guides and Corps Of Engineer websites and have placed it on an
Excel.  I think it is two pages long.  It may save fumbling through the
books looking for a frequency, phone, number, miles to next "thing", or
how far the next lock will lift you.  I hope to get energetic and do the
same for the Tennesse River portion.
